You may not use ZLiker Pro to shorten or track URLs that contain: malware, spyware, or viruses; illegal content; phishing pages; adult content without proper age verification; content that violates intellectual property rights; or content that promotes hate speech or violence.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to ZLiker Pro. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any interruption or cessation of service.
Click data and analytics generated through your short links are owned by you. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. We do not sell your individual link data to third parties. You can export your data at any time from your dashboard.
ZLiker Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. We aim to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.
